Daniel Chvála: THE EMOTION OF FEAR
The article deals with the meaning of emotions in human life, their physiological foundation, mechanism and rate of motion. Special attention is given to fear, causes of its inception and external manifestation. Self-control training, which may help to hide emotions, is important not only in the martial arts. The enumeration of abnormal feelings of fear (phobias) is enclosed.
Vladislav Kukačka, Ludvík Michalov: THE IMPORTANCE OF BREATH WHEN CORRECTING NEGATIVE SUBJECTIVE CONDITION BEFORE AND DURING AIKIDO EXAMINATIONS
Psychophysical exacting conditions, their origin and manifestations are described in the theoretical introduction. As the proper breathing may minimise these negative conditions, there are three simple calming breath techniques (each of them based on different approach) given in the end.
